LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Agri Enterprises Training and Development Academy in partnership with Garcias for Africa and AgriSETA delivered the LDP training course to university graduates.

The objective of the LDP was to educate these graduates on effective leadership and work place etiquette. Each graduates conducted a psychometric analysis which assisted them in understanding the core of their personalities.

The LDP falls under our Comprehensive Mentorship Approach which we believe is a key factor to our training and development successes.
