The client is currently a broadly diversified family-owned food company. The client identified the potential concentration risk of key personnel in the family reaching retirement age soon with no set succession plan.
Agri Enterprises conducted an assessment on the concentration risks of the key personnel in the group and started the client on the process build in resilience, succession planning, and corporatization strategies.
